A. To book a unit for the designated dates needed, we will require that the unit/s are paid in full.
A. We recommend wearing the appropriate winter attire, and a properly fitted and secured DOT and/or SNELL certified helmet. We have heated helmets, jackets, bibs, and gloves available for rent for an additional cost at checkout-first come first serve. Each renter must have a valid driver’s license, and valid CREDIT card (NOT a DEBIT card) in the renter’s name at the time of pick up for the $1500 security deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A. Any unit not returned by 8AM following the last day of rental will be charged $25/every 15 minutes late. We enforce this fee out of courtesy to our next rental customer.
A. Yes. $1500/unit will be required to be put on hold at the time of your check-in on a major CREDIT card, we do NOT accept DEBIT cards.
A. Yes, $58/day/sled. If you decide to add this option on, a $1500 security deposit will still be required to put on hold. Insurance covers 3rd party liability- Bodily Injury limits of $25k/$50k for renters and operators, and 3rd party liability- Property Damage limits of $10k for renters and operators, coverage excludes theft.
A. We will estimate the cost of labor and parts needed and take that amount from your security deposit. If you’ve purchased the damage protection, you will still be responsible for paying up to the $1500 deductible in damages. Anything over that amount would be covered under the damage protection plan IF you purchased it.
A. If you are looking to trailer the unit, open trailers are NOT permitted. Enclosed trailers are only acceptable. If the sled is trailered without proper trailering or returned not in the same condition rented out as, a $75 cleaning fee will be applied to your booking.
A. Gas and oil are NOT INCLUDED in rental rates. Rentals come with a full tank of gas and need to be returned with a full tank of gas. A $50 service fee, plus fuel per gallon, and $100/gallon or $25/quart for oil will be charged if not returned properly. Multi-day rentals are also responsible for the inspection of carbides.

A. A $50 non-refundable deposit plus the online reservation fee if applicable, will be taken when booked online. If booked over the phone, or in person with 4 Seasons Powersports Rental, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be taken as well. This is absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE, even if an order is placed and cancelled immediately. 4 Seasons Powersports Rental will only accept cancellations by speaking with a staff member directly. We will not accept cancellations through voicemail messages or emails. We are not located on a lake. We provide a trailer for pontoon rentals if you decide to pick the unit up at our location to bring it to your designated location. We also offer pontoon rentals that are already docked on the Eagle River Chain.
