We are not located on a lake. We provide a trailer for pontoon rentals if you decide to pick the unit up at our location to bring it to your designated location. We also offer pontoon rentals that are already docked on the Eagle River Chain.

To book a unit for the designated dates needed, we will require that the unit/s are paid in full.

There is a two-day minimum to book a reservation.

Each renter must have a valid driver’s license, and valid CREDIT card (NOT a DEBIT card) in the renter’s name at the time of pick up for the $2000 security deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. The security deposit will not be taken until check-out, and will be released when the unit is checked-in as long as there are no damages to the rental. You will see the funds released back onto your card within 30 days.

Per the State of Wisconsin law, anyone born on or after January 1, 1989, must take and pass a Boating safety course.

9AM, 9:15AM, 9:30AM, 9:45AM, 11:30AM, 11:45AM, and 12PM.

Any unit not returned by 8AM following the last day of rental will be charged $25/every 15 minutes late. We enforce this fee out of courtesy to our next rental customer.

Yes. $2000/unit will be required to be put on hold at the time of your check-in on a major CREDIT card, we do NOT accept DEBIT cards.

Yes, $60/day/Fishing Boat. If you decide to add this option on, a $2000 security deposit will still be required to put on hold. Damage Protection covers 3rd party liability- Bodily Injury limits of $25k/$50k for renters and operators, and 3rd party liability- Property Damage limits of $10k for renters and operators, coverage excludes theft.

We will estimate the cost of labor and parts needed and take that amount from your security deposit. If you’ve purchased the damage protection, you will still be responsible for paying up to the $2000 deductible in damages. Anything over that amount would be covered under the damage protection plan IF you purchased it.

Absolutely no pets allowed on board at any time, unless it is a service animal.

Yes, there is a minimum of a $75 cleaning fee if the Fishing Boat is not brought back in the same condition as it was checked out in.

ABSOLUTELY NO towing behind any of our watercraft rentals. This includes tubing, skiing, etc.

Yes, subject to availability with an additional fee based on radius. 1-10mi $150, 11-15mi $200, 16-20mi $250, 21-25mi $300. Our trailer can fit two units at a time for delivery/pickup.

Gas is NOT INCLUDED in rental rates. Rentals come with a full tank of gas and need to be returned with a full tank of gas. A $150 fee will be charged to your reservation if the unit is returned empty OR LOW ON FUEL.

Yes, we offer parking to our customers.

• Motel Lodging on the trails; Best Western in Eagle River or Days Inn in Eagle River.

A $50 non-refundable deposit plus the online reservation fee if applicable, will be taken when booked online. If booked over the phone, or in person with 4 Seasons Powersports Rental, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be taken as well. This is absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE, even if an order is placed and cancelled immediately. 4 Seasons Powersports Rental will only accept cancellations by speaking with a staff member directly. We will not accept cancellations through voicemail messages or emails. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or more, prior to the reservation or the entire cost of the rental will be NON-REFUNDABLE. 4 Seasons Powersports Rental reserves the right to cancel and refund any reservation at any time due to; trail conditions, hazardous weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances that are contributed to our customer’s safety concerns. (Including thunderstorms and/or tornado warnings or watches.) This will be decided by 4 Seasons Powersports Rental’s owner on the morning of the rental at our discretion ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS! We reserve the right to cancel or substitute models due to circumstances out of our control.
